You can delete your account and all associated health data at any time. If you have the app installed, the fastest way is More → Delete account, which removes everything immediately.
To request deletion without the app, submit the form below. We will verify ownership of the email address and delete the account and all health data within 30 days. A minimal record (a hashed identifier and the deletion date) is retained so the account cannot be silently re-created.
